IMC16 will be enhanced significantly by encouraging a diverse range of backgrounds and knowledge bases to attend. Please assist us in promoting this congress to your networks. To help you do this we have created a number of communication tools available to download below.

Here are some ideas to get you started!

• Use the Congress email signature in your email communications
• Use the Congress power point slide at the beginning or end of end any relevant speaking engagements you may have over the coming months
• Use the social media graphics on your social media pages (Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook)
• Request flyers from the organisers to hand out to colleagues
• Forward on Congress communications that you receive to any other mailing lists you may have access to
• If you are involved in any other events which may facilitate a contra-promotional agreement with the Congress please let us know
• If you engage with social media please follow & engage with the Facebook and Twitter pages (you will find the links at the top of the website home page).
